We are thrilled to share the news that Inclusive Iceland has been nominated for the prestigious award of “The Catalyst” in the Blaze Inclusion Awards!
Each year, “The Catalyst” award is granted to an innovator in the DEI sphere, advancing equality and equity on gender, race, ethnicity, disability inclusion, sexual orientation, and/or religion within society.
This nomination is a great honour, and a testament to our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Inclusive Iceland was founded with the mission to identify inequities and create resources for marginalised identities and groups. We strongly believe in creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their background or identity.
Our method approaches DEI alongside our clients by analysing structures, data, and research as guiding principles and core aspects of our business structure. The recognition in this year’s Blaze Inclusion Awards encourages us to continue prioritising DEI initiatives in all aspects of our business.
